to much sage

I was making Red beans and rice. I acciidently put in to much sage. Is there any way to fix it or do I just chunk it. It is'nt real bad, if you like sage.

I had the same problem with my dressing for Christmas. I was going to double the other ingredients but played it safe and tossed it and started over. Second try turned out great.
What about doubling your beans and spices and you can freeze the extra for another time.
