My husband and I are going to be in New Orleans for 4 nights in early December. Any thoughts on partaking in a Reveillon dinner, or dinners, during this time? Thanks for any advice.

I love Reveillon dinners. I've had some fun ones at Galatoire's, Muriel's, Bombay, Pellican Club, Martinique....I like them.

I sweat the Gumbo Shop one is the best deal in town.

Last year I went to Muriel's with friends from California for the Reveillon menu. It's was fantastic. Great ambience, perfect location for enjoying the rest of the French Quarter's Christmas decorations, and excellent food. Highly recommended.
