Anyone considering buying the remastered catalog? That is some serious dough to drop, but I am real interested to hear them.

Been hearing rave reviews all over talk radio about the remastered Beatles Albums. Things never heard on the LPs are now clear and audible. Drum tracks, fingers on the guitars, and the bass are now given WOW comments. One of the biggest "ravers" is Adam Bold, my investing guru, on Saturday mornings. He claims the remasters are "...absolutely unbelievable...".
His Beatle comments are 2/3's of the way through this 15 minute show segment.

I will likely purchase the box set. I don't even know ho wmuch it costs, but I am sure I will get it soon. I figure $200-$250 (for me, a month or two worth of recorded music expenditures, so no big deal).
We have a serious lack of good record stores around here, particularly the northshore. I would have it already if there were good stors here (I know record stores and the sale of recorded music in retail stores is dying, so I don't anticipate any improvment in the quality of record stores in the area).
