Blue cheese cheesecake recipe?

Post by praline »

Anyone have a good one? I found a couple but they don't seem to be all that, LOL. Do you like savory cheesecakes? Tell me your favorites!

BTW, I LOVE this board. Thanks to Admin for giving us a (far) better alternative to TOB.

Interesting request. I do not remember if I have ever had a blue cheese cheesecake. I have just read through several recipes, but they do not strike me as being great combinations. I will have to try one or two to see. Please let us know if you bake one, and how it turns out.

Blue cheese sounds good. Then only savory cheesecake I've made is one Emeril had in the Great Chef's cookbook, which was a crawfish, andouille and gruyere, I believe. It's very good.

Eat New Orleans has a blue cheese and fig torte that's divine; however, I don't have the recipe.
