Miracle Whip? oooohhhh... I cannot even stand real Mayo on my oysters...
Give me a buttered bun, pile a ton of oysters on it, a little shredded Iceburg, and a RIPE tomato. And I mean a ton of oysters.

Oh...and give it to me at least 3 times a week.

Great series of post Bear. Enjoyed them all, and learned alot from them. After your busy, stressed week, I hope you can get back to the post.

I'm glad you said it first! Bear, c'mon, Miracle Whip??
Love the series. I'm going to try a few things that you did.
Thanks for taking the time to chronicle the whole thang!

Not a fan of Miracle Whip however, Kraft Real Mayo is quite good. Tried it by default many years ago and have been using it ever since. I like it's smooth, creamy consistency. I find Blue Plate tastes sweet. Hellmans is way too thick.

I hear ya Bear! I do a similar thing with wok fried oysters and Lee Kum Kee Chili Garlic Sauce. I just do it as appetizer, and not on a sandwich. To me, they are two distinctly different items, and I guess I look for traditional for a fried oyster Po`-Boy.

...well, at least traditional with NO MAYO!
