Top Chef Masters....

Not a Bravo fan at all.....but will give it a look just because of Besh.

Thanks for the heads up. I watched it for the first time ever. Neat show.

He lost, btw, for those of you who missed it. ....blame it on the eggs.

chefs say the hardest thing to make are eggs. the difference btwn a good egg and a bad egg is seconds. at first, I was thinking seconds, as in getting them again or not, until I saw how off the timing Besh's eggs were...seconds...tick tock.

IMO, even if his eggs were cooked perfectly, the dish itself didn't stand up to his competitors' plates.

His "surprise" sorbet that he did with the liquid nitrogen was interesting, but nothing he cooked could really stand up to his competitor's. He really didn't look like he was into it.

Sorry for slight hijack, but does anyone know where to buy a small can of liquid nitrogen? TIA

Check your local dermatologist (skin doctor). Mine gets it delivered regularly and squirts on to my skin bumps. :covri: (I know, too much information.)
