One of my favorite people in the world, "Handsome" Harry Guidry, in Breaux Bridge, made us coush coush... Cooked it outside... stired, and stirred and stirred until it was almost a "mush"
Into a bowl it went with your FIG PRESERVES and milk.
Now THAT'LL coat your stomach for a day of beer drinking!
