St. James Cheese Company is open on July 3rd

Since JAG ate all the white peaches at dessert last night, I needed to get my hands on some. To that end I had their white peach salad for lunch today. Very cool and refreshing. The white peaches are on top of a bed of arugula with feta cheese and shaved almonds, drizzled lightly with olive oil . The portion is huge but I didn't find it as boring like I normally find salads.
Having Vietnamese for dinner tonight with my other girlfriend. Tan Fing Dinh, baby!!!!!
