Good choices but I'd have to go with Patois.

Go to restaurants.com for gc for One. I like both One and Patois. A bit more choices at Patois.

Bistro Daisy is highest on my list of places I haven't been to. (Been to One and Patois - both are good).

Bistro Daisy is my choice of your list. Truely awesome food, especially the sweetbreads. I have to think way back to get to comparable ones. The lamb is also great, actually the sauce is what's great.
Also, they don't charge a corkage, in fact encourage you to bring your fine wines. The woman that fronts the place (she was at Petit Grocery, as was the chef before here) is really sweet and accomodating, and service allaround is quite good without being in the way.
Patios would be my second pick. Great mussels, maybe the best I've had in New Orleans. But I don't like the way the front of the house is run. You can be ignored for an eternity before they grace you with any attention. I went in a few weeks ago as a single diner. Just wanted to sit at the bar, have a couple of coctails, a bowl of mussels and a glass of wine. But for some reason the little chapter meeting for the college girls took up the whole bar . All I needed was a little corner, anywhere in the building, but they couldn't seem to figure out that I was there to spend money, not hold on to one drink for an hour. Having said that, (sorry) I will go certainly back, just pick my time better.

That seems like something that would be fairly easy to work out.

Brett Anderson reviewed Coquette in the paper last Friday and gave it four beans and sounded really positive about the place. It def. made me want to put that one near the top of my list of places I want to try.
