Anybody have any recommendations?
I am looking for one that is around a 30 bottle capacity, mostly red so the dual zone isn't necessary.
Thanks

I've had a 30 bottle "Haier" for several years - pleased with it. Very basic, but that's what I wanted.

I got a 52-bottle e-wave from HD years ago for $250. Filled up fast, so went back for another six months later. Got the second for $150. I think the brand is/was a part of Magic Chef. They hold temp well, and are actually able to be installed under-counter if desired. I think you may find 30 bottles isn't enough to really lay down enough bottles worth laying down for as long as it takes for them to mature. A cool, dark, undisturbed closet floor would probably do as well for just a couple years' worth of aging.

I was looking at geting one, but figured I needed one for 200-300 bottles, or more. I opted for an internal, unused office in my building. The room stays pretty cool and it is working out well so far. Of coourse, a long term power outage during summer (hurricane season) would be bad news.

Without going into the fancier brands, go to Sears. We have several of their 52 bottle refrigerators that have given us good service. Check their scratched and dented section for those too. We picked up a couple for around $150.00 brand new with warranty intact because they had a couple of light scrathes on the top from improper handing in the store.

Sears has a scratch and dent section? Hmm. That would be up my alley since the refrigerator will be out of sight. I stopped by Sears yesterday and they had a 38 bottle, dual zone fridge for $450 which got good reviews.

Sears - that's where mine came from too. On sale for 200 at the time.

Jesus! Just looked through Sear's website to see what they were selling. It seems that they no longer sell their brand of wine fridge. They sell two other brands listed at very high prices.

TD, I made a post last week, however it is not here, and I had been having computer issues. Look into the Emergency Gen Sets with Automatic Transfer Switches. We were at a house in Ms. for Gusatve, and they are fabulous. You do nothing, and the power flickers for a second, and then the Gen Set takes over. Well worth the investment.

Would hate to see 300+ bottles go down the drain!
