Acclaimed chef John Besh, chef/owner of Besh Restaurant Group, has been invited to showcase the essentials of Louisiana’s rich culinary traditions this Friday, March 20, 2009. His destination is the welcoming kitchen of The Martha Stewart Show, where he will demonstrate two recipes presenting seasonal ingredients: Garden Herb and Mirliton Salad with Pepper Jelly Vinaigrette; and Shrimp and Grits. Also, new on the market are his specialty vinaigrettes, from Louisiana Sugarcane to Wild Flower Honey and Créole Mustard, which will be one of the highlights on the show.
Tune in Friday, March 20, 2009, to The Martha Stewart Show to catch John Besh and Martha Stewart chopping, sautéing, and spicing up the set with some fun!
