Had to read the link to find out what a gallon of New Orleans was. (I was thinking that Sidney Torres would be happy to ship you a gallon of "New Orleans" for $20!)
It may be an urban legend but I always heard others say that our french bread cannot be duplicated outside of the city due to the water.
I liked this statement
We have shipped New Orleans water as far as Oregon and Minnesota and...
All come with letters of authentication.
Minnesota? OK, so the source of the Mississippi is up there and some Minnesotan is willing pay $29.50 for the unique "flavoring" the water gets as it travels down to NOLA?
Man, why didn't I think of this?

I once heard it said that a glass of tap water has passed through the human body six times between the headwaters and the mouth of the Mississippi.

Perhaps with my AIG Bonus, I may give it a shot.
Pre-tax, of course.
