A couple of years ago I had a curry crab soup bisque that was absolutely incredible. (the rest of the meal and service were outstanding as well). I emailed them a couple of days later and asked about the soup recipe and they promptly replied. I have made it several times at home and consider it one of my favorit-ist things. Rock on Broussards. I still haven't been to their XMas German meal but one day....
