I just deleted this email today:
"Beginning October 1, Delmonico’s mixologist Dave Berard crafts some of
the city’s most revered drinks, part of a new menu of handmade
cocktails that are half-priced every weekday from 5:00pm-7:00pm. The
intimate bar features live music Friday through Sunday, and the kitchen
serves up tasty, cocktail-friendly food like Grilled Duck Confit &
Camembert Sandwich, Housemade Pretzels with Dijon-Goat Cheese Fondue
and fresh Gulf Fish Ceviche."
call first to see if they are still offering.

Yeah, I was just going to say Le petite Grocery as well. I think it's 5.30 to 6.30, small plates are something like $3-6 and vodka drinks cheap. And the bartender is a very nice woman, friend of mine.

What about Cork and Bottle's new wine bar Clever...they are running some specials too.

Wednesday nights at Rio Mar, from 7-8 for $20, you get wine and tapas tastings. I think tomorrow night is caparenias (sp?) and tapas.

Unfortunately I'm out of the happy hour loop...

I am shocked that a wino such as yourself has not made it to the Jon's bar yet. I am starting to worry about you and this new health kick you are on.

I am thinking of going there tomorrow to visit the farmers market and check out the bar.
