I enjoyed this article. While a lot of the burgers described don't quite square with what you'll find at some (or any) of the burger joints nearby to me, they do sound interesting. I find their bun fetish to be particularly interesting. The main complaint I had about what was supposed to be a great burger at Mesa Grill in Las Vegas was that the bun was a sodden mess.
