So my biz partner got me an ibrik for Christmas and I've been having fun making Turkish coffee ever since. It's about the technique, Turkish grind (finer than espresso), and a good quality coffee. I drank one today. Like nectar.

I love Turkish coffee. Have not had it in years though.
