Private dinner with some friends January 4th that Chris put together:

  • Amuse Bouche - Goat Cheese and Fig
  • Mixed greens with sweetbread and mushroom terrine, cornbread croutons and sun dried tomato vinaigrette
  • Orecchiette with roasted garlic-tomato purée and Grana Padano crisp
  • Shrimp bisque with caramelized fennel and corn fritter
  • Strawberry-merlot sorbet and orange sorbet duo
  • Osso buco with mushroom risotto and sautéed green beans
  • Puff pastry cannelloni with banana pastry cream and espresso ganache

And there was wine. Oh, yes, there was wine...
