I ain't cookin nuttin!

Had a pound of the Lump from Rouse's (($9) and did Gal's Avacado Stuffed with Crabmeat. (That's the one with the Creole Mustard Vinaigrette.) YUM!

I LOVE eating without cooking!!!!

I had planned on six Lobsters, but that fell through. Seems they were $3.15/lb at Albertson's Grand Opening...but someone bought them all before my hook-up could make the score.

Yeah...I would have lit the fire for some Lobsters...

the mole is the freezer is from a chef who makes the most amazing mole. she doesn't sell it yet, as she is waiting approval as it has so many ingredients (a labeling and nutrition disclosure process). she gave me a jar, which I'm saving like it's my last supper. when I go back to Eureka, she asked me to join her in the kitchen when she makes it, so I could learn firsthand. I haven't been cooking much at all.
Made baked sweet potatoes yesterday.
I did not like this variety. Not sweet at all.
Bland. Has anyone else noticed this?
