that sounds quite decadent. Might have to try that sometime. Although, I agree wiht Roux, it tends to close the valve alittle just thinking abou tit.

Guy, on Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives made a deep fried hamburger at one of the locations on his show a while ago. They liked it so much the owner said he was going to put in on his menu and call it "The Triple D Burger".

I agree with Isabella, the burger Edible Complex described sounds great! I would order one of those also.

I've got to try this @ City. Lessee, how do I ditch Goldilock's (who tries her derndest to keep me on a half rational diet) long enough to pull this off and still show up without deep fried cheeseburger breath? She hates it when I eat out without her.
