Orleans Grapvine, very good place right across from front door of the Bourbon Orleans. Nice atmosphere & not too pricey.

A big thumbs up to Mona Lisa and Eat - two of my favorite inexpensive, casual but really good Quarter joints.
Forget the apple - a café au lait a day keeps the doctor away!

I like DEJA VU. Fun place, great food and bizarre customers. On Conti across from the Prince Conti/Bombay Club.

I've had breakfasts, sandwiches, soups and specials. Have never been disappointed. :)

I had lunch at Mojo's Cafe today. This is a fairly sleepy place next to where Fiorella's was located. The food? Excellent. The wine list is very good, although limited. I had the twin tournedos of beef, garlic mashed with grilled portobellos. Good cheap eats in the Quarter.
