i just called the magazine st location to ask when they'd open in elmwood. i was told "not anytime soon". 
EDITED TO ADD:
i emailed them when this thread started and JUST got this reply:
"Thanks for you interest,
We are starting the interview process this week for staff and managers.
Within next two months, we expect to be open."
