I defaulted to pork for many of the reasons others have already given... plus, I'll be making ribs tonight so it's already on my mind.

Beef - really good beef. While wife was away for 4+ months, bought a whole filet and "relished it". Would be most pleased with beef if I could get the best grade, and have someone make and serve me steak tartar on a regular basis.

I was tempted to put shellfish, but when the rubber meets the road, it's beef that does it for me.

I first thought this was the name of a new restaurant...:toast:

Pork gives us a lot of options...bacon, sausage, tenderloin......ham sammich.

Last week: Boiled Shrimp, Shrimp Remoulade, Crabmeat Raviogotte, Oysters Fried and Half Shell, Fried Shrimp, Lobster and Scallops. This was offset by Baby Back Ribs and Cabbage & Kilebalsa. Just for balance, and daughters request.

I think I voted right with the Shellfish & Crustaceans!

If I was going to eat pork...why would I want to live here?

Maybe I just have saltwater running through my veins.

I have always said that if I got to choose my "last meal," it would be boiled crawfish and Amstel Light:toast:.
