Here in Texas, it has been my experience that it is always some guy wearing a cowboy hat driving a Ford F-250.
You have to understand that until the beginning of 2008, for more than the last ten years, the highest selling vehicle in the U.S. has been the FORD F-150/250 SERIES OF PICKUP TRUCKS. Second in sales has been the CHEVY SILVERADO SERIES OF PICKUP TRUCKS. Nothing wrong with a good pick-em-up truck with a (in-use) gun rack in the rear window. :thumb:

Well I don't think this law is being enforced. I drive about 300 miles a day for my job and have not noticed any difference. I constantly encounter slower drivers just hanging out in the left lane. In fact, on the way home from Baton Rouge last night, I was stuck behind a Kenner police car in Gramercy area of I-10 doing 70mph EXACTLY in the left lane...not passing anyone. He rode like this all the way into Kenner. I finally got around him, but most cars see a police car and won't pass, even if said car is miles away from any jurisdiction he might have. He was really creating quite the traffic jam on I-10 with faster moving vehicles going from left lane to right lane back to left lane trying to get past the "impediment" only to find that the impediment was a police car and then being too scared to pass him. I gotta say I felt real safe doing 70mh with cars surrounding me and the car behind me about 3 feet from my rear bumper. Why don't slower drivers(in the LEFT LANE) realize the danger they are causing?

They are also not enforcing the cell phone law either.

Also, how will they tell driving by if the back seat passengers are buckled up? I imagine they tell in the front by the shoulder harness, but what if the car you have has the old fashioned lap belts in the back? I don't see that one being enforced effectively either.
