Crawfish bisque. Cooked the bisque Saturday afternoon then let it sit in the refrigerator overnight. Pulled it out Sunday morning and made crawfish boulettes while it was reheating.

That's an odd combo - sounds like heartburn to me.
I smoked a couple of chickens. Due to the winds, I finished them in the oven. Meanwhile, I put the tenderloin on the smoker while I heated up the grill and everything came out fantastic.

loves margaritas...they're my go to summer drink. I'm weird this way. I drink white russians in the winter...margaritas in the summer. But, since we moved down here...I don't think I've had a single white russian!

get yourself over to Rivershack for a White Russian! I've left my own parties to run over there for a fix. but why a single, when you can make it a double, cheers!
