I recently had the pork belly over white beans. It was outstanding. So much so, the next day I made white beans and lamb. It gave me inspiration.

Excluding salads, we've sampled nearly all of Herbsaint's menu. Fav. apps., short ribs (probably the best in NOLA and we've had many), seared gnocchi,( olive oil, lemon ,tomatoes and parm. make for a much lighter version than most)., Lamb and steak preps are straight forward and very good. Many love the brown butter tart for dessert. I wasn't impressed. Forgot to mention, if they offer a salad with goat cheese beignets, get it. Worth asking for an app. portion of just the beignets. IMO Herbsaint is a far better choice than the disappointing Adelaide fastbreak. Rambla would be a good option as well.
