Boudin in Covington.

there is a new lunch place in covington that has good boudin trucked in from lafayette. the place is called mo's and is near the courthouse on jefferson. they sell a few different flavors. i have only had the spicy. they also sell hot tamales which i thought were pretty good. they are open for lunch mon thru sat.

I do not know this place. As far as tamales go, I had some Saturday from Pam Warner, who sells at the market in Covington. Very good.
