Judi..c'mon over to my house. We're doing burgers on the grill tonight. I may even do french fries if I'm feeling industrious.

LOL... thanks KC! :) Too bad I'm just seeing this... I have some lentil soup on the stove. Don't let the rumbling deter you... I grill in the rain all the time. :D

Had a burger today at NO Hamburger and Seafood on Hwy 22 in Mandeville. This is not like the south shore store on Vets. They said it was a new concept. I had a burger with pepper jack cheese. Burger was pretty good (cooked medium to medium well (that is how they cook them, if you want it different, you have to request it), as was cheese. Nicely toasted, fresh bun (above average quality). I wanted only onions and that is all it came with (alhtough it could have used some more, I should have asked). Served with a small sampling of their garlic fries. Pretty good were those. All in all, it was good, but with drink, it was $12.00 +/-. Ouch.
