Da Piero or Vega?

Post by josemama »

Hubby and I have a wedding on saturday night and were looking for an early meal before hand. Never been to da piero but have heard good things. We have never been disappointed at Vega and I know they are doing their Medditeranian tasting menu this month. We need to stay in Metairie area as the wedding is in the elmwood area.

I second that. If I had an hour to bang out an early dinner, I'd go with Vega. Ristorante da Piero is fantastic for a leisurely 2-hour meal complete with a big Italian red, preferably starting with the letter "B".

Thanks for the insight, Vega it is. I looked at the online menu and hope that it is up to date. I'm especially interested in the charred baby squid and the calf liver and gnochhi.

I hear the chef at da piero stirs the red gravy with his cock.

Ya know Bam, I have always enjoyed your writings and commentary, lately things seem to have gone a little awry, starting with the visual from your Rick's adventure.

Please get back to your best stuff:o

That was from a crank call to Tom's show that I didn't make. But found hilarious.
