I've got a question for you guys.....

At one point, Drew did something with his "count" to draw the Jets off sides.... would somebody briefly explain that to me? TIA:)

He just grunted out one of the signals a little louder than the others so the defensive lineman would think that was the last call to snap the ball. It worked perfect

most qb's have a fairly consistant pre-snap cadence (snap "count"), "down, set, hut". in order to confuse the defense and possibly make the line jump before the snap a quarterback will stray from their normal "count". usually this is done by using a "hard count". a "hard count" is when emphasis is placed on a word in the cadence. "down, set, hut-HUUUUT!"

There is a no cheering "rule" in the press box. Did you see how disgusted the media member to the left was. Its pretty weird, the media can sell their souls for Obama, but you can't cheer on the saints. thats bs. props to bobby.

You're right TD!

And to hell with the rules!

Bobby still bleeds Black & Gold.

Will I be tarred and feathered for saying that Bobby is no Buddy D? And I never liked Buddy D's show all that much but I did think he had some respect for his audience.

Nawww...
It was obvious your view was askew after pronouncing your love of Ditka.
And everyone knows what is written on Buddy's tombstone about his advice re: hiring Ditka.
