It used to be so nice for me to be able to ride my bike across the pedestrian bridge at the end of the 17th street canal, watch volleyball, then go drink at the Dock or Jaegers. I am even willing to look over how bad the food was at the Dock at this point. Bring something out there.
Agree! Prior to Katrina, the Dock was a beautiful place. Stunning in the amount of money they spent, and beauty in their use of Cypress. Can't comment on their food, as I only had drinks there. Last show I saw there was DAC, just prior to Mini Kiss! Will catch DAC at the Hangar tomorrow night. Haven't heard about Mini Kiss playing in a few months, I think they were at a Zephyrs game a couple of weeks ago...

The Dock could rock! Hard to beleive it is gone!

I loved Algiers Landing and thought the food was excellent...and YES...it was definitely in a very dangerous part of the river...right in the bend.
