Herbsaint question

Post by Mrs. Fury »

While in line at Nola Grocery I met the sous chef for Herbsaint. I told him I had never been there & he said I should come for lunch. My question is, how much is an average lunch there?
I like kids. They taste like chicken.

I really like Herbsaint. I was not much of a fan pre Katrina, but I have been twice in the last year and have been very impressed.

Last trip I had pork belly which was outstanding.

Wow, any other senior members on this food board that hasn't eaten at Herbsaint ? I mean , it only gets written up nationally once a week. And, this is a New Orleans food board. The guy gets nominated for awards all the time. Its not nexpensive for the quality you receive, in fact its a bargain

Izzat a hint? Say what? You ever known Buffey to HINT at anything?

I may not be a senior on this board but trust me....and no, I have not been either.

I love their food but in my experience they have been inconsistent. Three of our last four dinners there were "off ".
