One of the consolations of living in Houston is the writing of local food critic, Robb Walsh. Here's an interesting article on Oysters, the subject of his recent book, and a slide show that is basically Oyster porn.

Well, shoot... just one more reason (as if there weren't enough already) that living in New Orleans is so much better than living in Houston. My understanding is that Robb won't be doing any signings here in order to protect his anonymity.
