anyone know what's open in this location at 535 Tchoup?

In the Ambassador Hotel? It's U.S. Prime. I went many times when they first opened. It's steak, seafood, etc. Nothing special.
I like kids. They taste like chicken.

Edible where are you getting your news, smoke signals? Just kidding. It was the Diplomat (which I LOVED) and they closed over a year ago.

currently lists the Diplomat at 535 Tchoup.
I had not been down there in a long time, but drove past that address a few weeks ago and did not get a good look at signage. later someone else was asking what it was, so was just doing a search.

When it was the Diplomat we went there several times. Ms. Frankie even joined us once. Mrs. Fury loved it because it was just a few steps from her office. I can't understand why the place closed. The food was great, the service was nice. The space was lovely. Go figure?
