When was that filmed? Was it late at night? Did they close for one night. My guess is it was late at night. Anyone know?

I did not watch the series so I did not care who won...but I do know if I was up for the big prize, I would not have changed my mind about what I was serving because someone suggested something else. I think Carla could have won if she had done her own dessert (tart) as she had planned. I also watched Ti give a salute to the long haired guy contradicting one of the other "experts". I have always liked her.

Carla could have easily won. the only times in the series that she faltered were when she didn't go w/her own instincts and was influenced by other cheftestants on her team.

the last 2 episodes were very kind to NOLA.
