Rouses bone in pork roast

FWIW, Rouses center cut, bone in pork loin roasts come with the chine bone still attached and uncracked bones. Just finished cracking them w/ a knife and mallet. (couldn't find the jigsaw). Next time I'll know to hand it back to the meat cutter for sawing.
