I got some fabulous milk fed veal, cut in chunks of various sizes, for stew. It was $3.99/pound as a daily special Tuesday at Rouse's. I bought two packages of about 1.25 pounds. Made stew last night with onion and carrot, beef stock, etc. It was very, very good. can't wait to go back and see if I can find some more.

Thanks TD, I rarely ever go to Rouse's. Will have to check this out.

BTW, does Rouse's have a different daily special - 7 days a week?
Just curious. It takes alot to get me to go to a grocery store these days.
