Personally, I'd be rosemaried out.....I would do them simple with salt, pepper, and some chives.......OKOKOK and some sour cream.

Was just teasin'. I have only been once and ordered the crabmeat au gratin (shock). It came out with what looked like two slices of Velveeta on the top and I thought "Oh no". But it was delicious and creamy. Say what you will about Velveeta but it melts beautifully.
