I was going down Citrus yesterday and the sign on the new Byblos(old Fat Hen Grill) says Now Open. This is a welcome addition to the Elmwood/River Ridge area IMO. One question however. The GF LOVE gyro and if I'm not mistaken, Byblos does not sell gyro meat. Is this correct? And if so, why not? Ever...
