Anyone been able to get in to the second location? Twice, it's been as packed as Mid City location. Is food as good?
FYI RS2 is on the ground floor of Pelham Hotel at the corner of 200 block of Magazine - formerly Suave Restaurant formerly Huey Long diner.

Spoke with the owner's wife and she says it may be a couple of months to open due to usual permitting delays
