Can't speak for EAC, but my clan will be out in full force. Word is we'll have enough oysters for gumbo, but no fried oyster booth this year.

We will be there with the full in-law force and several friends from the New Orleans area. We plan on going Saturday but may go Sunday also.

If you go let us know.

It's just under 60 miles from Bridge City. It's one of the best Fests on the Bayou. http://www.bayoucivicclub.org/festivals.htm

We'll be camped out in folding chairs behind the gumbo booth. When you arrive, go directly to the ticket booth under the big tent entrance and get your food tickets before the lines get long.

Will you have your usual ladies with you?
