They have a great special right now featuring Burrata cheese. Burrata is an Italian buffalo milk cheese, very similar to mozzarella but made with more cream. Anyway, the sandwich comes with roasted pork shoulder, parsley, tiny grape tomatoes and marinated hot peppers and shaved garlic. It is served open face and a little challenging to eat it but well worth it. Probably the best sandwich special I have had there in some time.
