I have never eaten there, but my favorite shimmy would be Rose Stabler's (WDSU) post Saints victory shimmy back in the 80's. I actually think it beat Dawn Browns meek shimmy she was doing on WWL a couple years ago.

...of course Rose had a vested intrest in The Snake!
