New Orleans School of Cooking

Post by memphismoe »

A friend recommended going to the New Orleans School of Cooking on Rue St. Louis for their Demonstration Cooking Class and Lunch. We will be in NOLA next week and would like to attend the Tuesday class featuring Gumbo,Jambalaya, Bread Pudding, and Pralines. Any comments? Thanks

I went with some friends on a Saturday last year, and I believe we had the same menu. You will need reservations. The food is not gourmet by any means, but you have a nice lunch with some history lessons included. We had a delightful time. I would go again in an instant.
