NEW Autumn Menu

A harvest of flavors from Chef Chris Cody

"The world is full of bold, beautiful flavors," says Chef Cody. "And Autumn is the best time for root vegetables, wild game, wood smoke, and satsumas."

May we tease you with a few Harvest Highlights?

Starters: Nothing says Autumn like Potato & Leek Soup Served warm with Sambuca-flamed Gulf Shrimp

Wild Boar Ribs: Run, Piggy, Run! Chef Cody's got a gun! Served with a red wine BBQ Sauce, jicama slaw, and chipotle corn bread.

Salads: Micro Greens Tossed with fresh Fall satsuma & jicama, wrapped in prosciutto and served with Grana Padano crisp and apple-sherry vinaigrette.

Entrees:

Sea Scallops. It's Autumn under the sea! Pan-seared sea scallops, served with a potato-chive cake, cauliflower puree and sherry gastrique.

Hickory Smoked Chicken Breast: All the flavors of Fall in one dish. Grilled & brushed with mango-habanero glaze and served with a fatback black-eyed pea salad, and brown sugar snow peas.

Colorado Lamb Rack: It's Autumn all over the world! Pepper rubbed and oven roasted, served with wilted spinach, creole tomatoes, Israeli couscous, and gorgonzola cream

A small correction. WYES is giving us a stipend to cover some of our costs.
