Hi Everyone,

A group of us went to lunch today at a new place in Fat City. It's Carolina-style barbeque and it's deeeelicious.

Lots of different meats, slowly smoked and grilled - very good coleslaw and wonderful potato salad - baked beans and a bunch of things I didn't get to sample. I can't wait to go back.

Many years ago we visited North Carolina several times and really enjoyed the barbeque. I've often wished we had something similar here.
