Interesting that the Dean has an article re Cuvee in his newsletter today. Pretty much slammed it. (Yes, I read him every now and then for comic relief)....

Well, whoever bought the gift card will not get their money back so you might as well go and see what's what. You might just have a good experience....

I went and read that after you posted about it since I claimed one of the recent good experiences.

Crawfish pie in a pea puree? Really? I hate anything with peas already, but that just sounds awful.

And don't EVER wrap my meat in pastry, phyllo dough, or any kind of bread (unless it's a roast beef poboy).

And then he complains that he didn't get EXTRA wine. Only what he ordered.

Sigh - sounds like some bad choices and a bad attitude if you ask me.
