That was sweet. We ate up their pitching pretty good tonight.
Those longhorns were getting kind of cocky.

I was a little torn as my oldest sis lived in New Iberia for years and one of the Longhorns pitchers was from there.
But......when the hell did baseball get so wussified? I used to enjoy watching the pros or more particularly their tight butts. Then they got all steroid flabby and I quit. But tonight, hearing them talk about changing the pitchers shirt because he was sweating and the ump asking for a dry ball sack (no, not what you think but sure that was sweating too) and one of the players even getting an IV and then back in the game; sports are getting more lame as time goes on.

Great game. Watching it made me less depressed about the dreadful time of year for sports that is baseball.

Hopefully the tigers close it out tomorrow.

Amazing game. What a night!

I was just at the Sushi Bar for dinner (Peoney), watching the LSU Tigers hand it to Texas big time (12 to 4) for the final CWS on ESPN. Go Tigers!

Was this game live today, or was this recorded earlier?

It was live, and it was a helluva series. Glad to see Coach Maneiri win the title, they worked hard and earned it.

Geaux Tigers!

It was ALL the Way LIVE!

See the post titled "Longhorn Poon". I have a link to some pics there of the Texas fans heading home.

After the Tigers came roaring back from the loser's bracket in the SEC Championships, I knew that this is a great team.
