The link takes me to a page saying that the "shop is closed for a short time". I'll pursue this next week.

Art, is this for real? There are some on our forums who are questioning the veracity of this. We are holding until we hear from you.

I saw the items being offered the other night when Art first posted. Interestingly, although etsy.com has apparently been around a few years now, I only became aware of it in the past few days, and from two different sources. Rather than using the internet to sell mass-produced items without actually maintaining inventory oneself, it's a mechanism whereby a designer or craftsman can market their hand-made items to a web-wide audience. A very interesting concept.

I saw them, too - Lots of really pretty mosiacs. Hopefully she'll be back up and running soon.

Admin, I bought something on etsy a few months ago... My first time hearing of the site but my daughter "had to have" this ridiculous Jonas Brothers necklace that they were hawking outside the movie theater. I told her to keep moving that night but since she was willing to part with her $13 days later, I ordered it for her. Smooth transaction and they have a rating system like e-Bay. And, true to their word, it was handmade, not mass produced machine work. Still ridiculous, but not mass produced. ha-ha

Website open once again for business. Laura had to make some adjustments for packaging for shipment. :)
