I think you mean Ralph Fiennes. Jeremy Irons wasn't a part of "In Bruges".

In the vein of horror movies that are also funny, Critters and Eight Legged Freaks cracked me up.

Funny horror flicks…ah, I like a few of those too…Ed and his Dead Mother, Bubba Ho-Tep and Army of Darkness are all very watchable and good for a laugh. Then there is Humanoids from the Deep, it was not intended to be funny – it was just so very bad that it was.
