Cinderalla Man...Another Good Flick

Factually true and well directed by Ron Howard.

A good story even for those who are not into boxing...
Russel Crowe, Renée Zellweger and Paul Giamatti (oscar nomination).

A bit long at 2.5 hrs. but worth it. A good look at depression era life in NYC.

One of my favorite movies.
Like him or hate him, Russell Crowe is a helluva actor. '
A Beautiful Mind
Master and Commander: The Far side of the World
L.A. Confidential (Speaking of which, I was waiting for the hotel van in LAX last week and turn around to come face to face with James Cromwell, who is also waiting for a hotel van like the rest of us schlups! Strange)

I saw The Fighter last week (another true story) with Mark Wahlberg and Christian Bale. Hard to watch but still good. Bale should be right up there for a Best Supporting Actor award.
Everyone is entitled to be stupid, but some abuse the privilege.
